♡ Disclaimer ♡

• By purchasing a commission from me, you are automatically agreeing to the following conditions.
• You need to read my TOS entirely and carefully in order to commission, failure to do so will result in me refusing your commission. (You are allowed to approach me for clarifications however.)
• If you do not like my TOS/are uncomfortable with my TOS/etc, then you are not allowed to commission me.
• My work is STRICTLY forbidden in the use of AI Generated Images/"AI Art", you are not allowed to upload to any form of AI site/program/etc.
• NFTs are STRICTLY forbidden, you're not allowed to use my work in any form for NFTs.
• Overall if you have any questions/concerns/etc, you're free to contact me.

♡ User Agreement ♡

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described and stated here.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes, and provide all image credits to me.
Violators of my TOS will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

♡ General ♡

♡ Client ♡

• Before commissioning me you will be expected to first read my TOS, and understand my commission prices.
• You are allowed to display your commission on external sites, as long as you show visible credit and link back to me.
• You are NOT allowed to claim you or someone else created my work.
• You are allowed to use your commission for personal use such as; Avatars, wallpapers, headers, etc. (If public display is how you are using it however, give public credit!)
• You are allowed to print, make copies, etc of your commission as long as it is for personal use ONLY.
• You are NOT allowed to use my work for commercial use, you are not allowed to resell my work on or for ANYTHING. (E.g. mugs, t-shirts, stickers, etc.)
• You are NOT allowed to change, modify, edit or use my work without my permission.
• You are NOT allowed to trace over my work/use my work as a base/etc without my permission.
• Harassment of any kind for trying to gain a commission is not tolerated, I will not hesitate to blacklist you immediately if you participate in any form of harassments aimed towards me or my friends. (Public or private harassment alike is forbidden.)
• Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to it's contents.
• If the client is to reupload the finished commission, it MUST be the version with my watermark/signature on it, crystal clear credit is absolutely needed if re-posted (with permission.)
• By reading all the terms of service, you agree to it's contents and must abide by them. Please make sure to read everything carefully in order to understand. (You are allowed to approach me for any confusions/clarifications.)

♡ Artist ♡

• By commissioning me you agree and acknowledge that my services with you are as an artist only.
• I reserve the right to post and publish any commissioned work publicly, if this is an issue for you please discuss this with me beforehand. (However if the commission remains private and I'm not allowed to post it publicly in any form, you too are expected to not post it publicly and keep it private.)
• I reserve the right to decline any commission or client I do not like, makes me uncomfortable, etc for ANY reason. If aggression and harassment ensues if delinced you will be blacklisted immediately.
• I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.
• As of now, I do not do commercial use commissions.

♡ Copyright ♡

• I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image (via email), but my signature will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the artwork. You are allowed to ask for a version with no signature too however.
• You are not allowed to upload unwatermarked versions of my work, no matter what if you give side credit or any other form of credit, my watermark Must remain on any reuploads.
• I retain all copyright over all of my artworks, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
• However in the case of a public commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (E.g. post it to other sites such as Twitter) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the characters design.
• In the case of a commission, I will not claim any of the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs/characters. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

♡ Privacy Requests ♡

• If you wish for your commission to be private, then you must communicate that with me during the commission process otherwise I will post it publicly.
• I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.
• The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs or cropped versions of the image online, nor am I allowed to stream the process or show the image online.
• However, if you do request to keep the commission private, you are also not allowed to share it publicly. You're not allowed to show any WIPs or cropped versions of the image online, along with not showing it on streams or posting it.

♡ Commissioning ♡

♡ Ordering ♡

• You are expected to fill out the commission form when you commission me.
• You will then get a reply from me discussing the details (if needed) as well as me confirming your commission slot.
• DO NOT expect immediate replies always, I cannot confirm I will be able to reply immediately. Wait 24-48 hours before assuming I have not seen your message. I am a college student and have a life, so I am not 24/7 available. The only time you should wait longer then 24-48 hours before contacting me again is if I have stated online that I will be busy for an extended amount of time.
• I reserve the right to make changes to your request as I see fit unless otherwise discussed. To guarantee the total 100% accuracy of your commission, please make note of the required details and elements in the form.
• If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request (E.g. change the character, agree to a simplified design) before the transaction is complete.
• Please make your request concisely worded with minimal abbreviations, so as to make the note clear to read.
• Any emails, private messages, and comments that you send to me must be in English, as that is the only language I am able to communicate in.
• Before taking part in any transaction, you are required to wait for a reply so that we can discuss the details and for me to confirm your commission order. I will specifically tell you when to send the payment.

♡ Payment ♡

• I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
• I will only accept Euros or USD via Paypal as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions for anything else.
• It is expected that you pay 100% of the price upfront before I start your commission. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed before starting work.
• After 100% of the payment is sent, I will start sketching your commission. The sketch will then be sent to you once it is completed for input.
• Payment is done either through PayPal or Ko-Fi. The most likely case is I will get you to send the payment through PayPal as it's easier and more preferred, but if you cannot do PayPal then we can try payment through Ko-Fi. Anything besides those two I do not accept, therefore will not be able to accept your commission if you cannot do PayPal or Ko-Fi.

♡ Refunds ♡

• I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.
• Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.
• If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.

♡ Schedules ♡

• I might take 2-3 days to respond. Please be patient within waiting for a reply.
• I do not accept commissions that need a deadline, I personally cannot handle commissions that need to be done within a specific time-frame. I am a busy student with more important deadlines to focus on.
• No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.
• Please do not contact me about progress unless 3-4 weeks have passed, making art takes time and I also have college to attend to, I am not available 24/7.
• I work on commission order based on who orders first, this may fluctuate however depending on my motivation and ideas for said commission piece however.
• You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

♡ Revisions ♡

• I will send a WIP (work in progress) image after 100% of the payment is completed and the sketch has been finished.
• I may also send other WIPs if I have any confusion regarding a detail I'm drawing or may need clarifications.
• These images will come in the form of .jpg or .png files as a DM. Usually a screenshot of said progress.
• The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.
• I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished art piece if no feedback was given to amend/correct it.
• I will only send a guaranteed WIP for the sketch, but you are free to request a WIP at any given time.
• Up to three major revisions can be made during the drafting phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards.
• Each time I send a WIP to a client, I will ask the client to provide feedback to me on the piece.
• Changes will only be made at the sketch stage. Colour corrections will be made at the colour stage.
• Any major/more detailed changes to the character or subject will be subjected to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change.
• After the order is completed, minor changes (such as colour adjustments) are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults. (E.g. I overlooked details provided in the order).
• In any absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.
• I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

♡ Final Product ♡

• There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.
• The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.
• I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization, and if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.
• Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you post or use it on another platform.
• You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.
• Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve all commissioned work for as long as possible. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.
• I am not required to post your project in any public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy for personal use.
• Feedback of the final product is permitted after completion of the piece, through private messages or comments. Please keep feedback for any changes and such to DMs however.
• Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive will result in blacklisting.

This section is to say what type of commission you'd like, to see the different types scroll more down to see what I can offer.
• REFERENCE(S):
Please have at least ONE digital reference of the character(s), I will accept written descriptions so long as you have a digital reference, traditional/paper references are good too AS LONG as you have something for me to refer to for their digital colours (if getting a coloured piece). You can also link any other references like objects, poses, expressions, etc! Anything I need to refer to in order to make your commission you should put here.
• ABOUT YOUR SUBJECT:
Describe to me things about your character(s), things like their personality, likes and dislikes. You're more then happy to tell me things about their story if they have one too. Please feel free to go into more specific details about the expression(s) and pose(s) for the commission piece too if you'd like.

I accept either PayPal or Ko-Fi, automatically I will assume PayPal will be the form of payment if this section is not filled out, so please specify either PayPal or Ko-Fi so I know how you'll be paying!
